Treatments

I offer relaxation massage to de-stress and therapeutic massage to treat specific ailments. Most of my treatments incorporate both.

You can request massage to treat:

tendinopathies, tension headaches, muscle tension and soreness, joint pain, inflammation and swelling, poor sleep, digestion issues, stress, repetitive strain, postural imbalances, plantar fasciitis, nerve entrapment issues like sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, inhibited range of motion due to scar tissue, the look and feel of new scars, depression and anxiety.

Hot towels, heating pad and cold therapies may be used during treatment.

I incorporate aspects of therapeutic touch based on my training with Barbara Brennan. Her teaching subscribes to a system that recognizes 7 chakras and the human energy field as a reflection of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I usually end treatments with a couple minutes of grounding, energizing and balancing of the energy system.

You are in control at all times. You can modify, stop or withdrawn your consent from any aspect of treatment at any time.

How Long Should My Appointment be?

30 minute massage: There is a specific muscle group that requires attention. $61.95 +HST ($70)

45 minute massage: 1 or 2 areas of specific focus to alleviate pain or stiffness. $75.22 +HST ($85)

60 minute massage: Good for a general full body relaxation massage, or a detailed upper or lower body treatment $92.92+HST ($105)

75 minute massage: Great for deep full body relaxation massage or a general full body massage with 1 or 2 areas of specific focus $106.20+HST ($120)

90 minute massage: Perfect for deep full body relaxation while addressing many areas that require specific attention. $132.75+HST ($150)
